Hi guys, on reflection l suppose we have to take todays defeat on the chin and ensure that we put right the wrongs before the next game. As we do not have a game next week we have 2 weeks to work on it!! Lets all think about where we want this club to go and how we are going to get there.

Alright lads. If anyone's interested i'm gonna set up a 5 a side team. It's played outside up at the new pitches by the howard school, check the website .. www.playfootball.net/gillingham. It's £12 to enter the team and £37.50 per match or per month not sure on that i'll have to confirm. You can take 8 players along and the games last 40 mins. It will work out about a fiver each. It will be good practise for subs like Dave. If you wanna do it we will also need to decide on a day between us. Sun,Mon,Tues,Weds or Thurs. Im guessing not on the Sunday after footie? If you are interested let me know a.s.a.p as i need to let him know tommorow or tuesday 07545077527. Also you get entered into there opening tournament were there's a share in £1000 for the 4 finalists.

Upcoming dates:- our next game is against Fountain, a winner takes all game that will see the victors through to the semi-final, at Woodstock next sunday 1:30 kick off. We will meet at the ground at 12:15 as we are going to take the new season team and individual photos, so if you want your picture on the web site make sure you are there. As a follow up to the text l sent the date of Neil and Kellys summer bbq is saturday 12th sept, the cost is £5 per adult, to cover the cost of the food, bring your own drink, see you all at training on weds, 6:15/30 at barnfields, how well you perform at training will help me when picking the team for sunday, Cheers Steve

Fellas.Well done for the season,if they had offered us premotion and 2nd or 3rd place at the beginning of the season we would of snapped it up.Weve gotta learn from our mistakes this season and come back a bigger stronger,and better side.Not to say we made lots...but we all felt disapointed after it just slipped away.We know the feeling now,and it feels like shit.........IT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN!!...well done boys..it's been emotional!!

Good morning chaps, I find myself having to ask you all to spend another saturday indoors watching a good film with only the minimum amount of alcohol as a companion!! We need another performance to match last weeks, only 110% will be good enough to beat a much improved Sovereign Sports team. We will be playing on the same pitch that we played Intergills on. We need to be at the pitch for about 9.15 to put the nets up. Think about the game, focus and prepare properly. See you tomorrow, cheers Steve
